Bird Dog Development, LLC is a renewable energy development company formed by Scott Piscitello who has over 22 years of greenfield utility-scale solar and wind energy development experience, having held senior development positions in companies including RES Americas, SunPower and Ecoplexus. Scott has played a key role in developing nearly 3,000 MW of wind, solar and battery energy storage projects that are operating or in construction, over 40% of which was developed for and sold to investor-owned utilities.

Development funding for Bird Dog’s development activities comes from Segue Sustainable Infrastructure a principal investment firm providing development capital to renewable energy projects.
